Our first step is to understand who you are and what your goals are: what home will best suit your needs? Want to work with an architect? Great, we know a few. Want to work directly with us on your home plans? Sounds perfect.
We form the right team for you to make the home building process seamless.
Build it.
After we have found the house design that works for you within your budget, we commence the building process. This includes coordination with site development plans, applying for your permits, coordination with the architects (if any are involved), and we roll with your project.
With our modular construction practices, construction time is vastly expedited compared to traditional construction.
Move in.
We keep our clients informed of progress along the way. It’s an exciting process to build your own home - we are just as excited as you are! We deliver a turn-key process and when the time comes to move in, the president of our company personally tours you through the home to give the tutorial on the various components of your home.
In the end, we know that when the keys are handed over, they transition from keys to a house to keys of your family’s home.
